Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are needing to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be issued a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price at your next appointment. If you had made a deposit, your deposit will be relinquished as that would act as your cancellation fee.

Why do we ask for a Deposit? 

 

Your time is precious and so is ours. Hair stylists are commissioned based. When a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment. The stylist does not make any income during that time. A deposit helps ease any hardship that may come from a loss in work due to a no-show. 

 

When a deposit is needed? 

 

  1. If you are a new client that has booked a service that will exceed 3 hours we may request a deposit. 
  2. If you are a “No-Show Manroe”.  It does not feel good getting stood up, you may be one of our favourite clients but if you are a classic no-shower, this is when we may ask for a deposit for future appointments. 

 

How Deposits work? 

 

Deposits are not an additional charge. We all ask for a deposit based on hours booked. 1 hour requires a $40.00 deposit. If we booked 3 hours then we would ask for a $120 deposit. When you show up for your appointment the deposit amount would be subtracted from your service price. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are needing to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not show up your deposit will be relinquished. If you no-show and decide to call on a later date to make an appointment, your deposit will be null and void and you will have to go through the deposit process again.
